A farm-connected food ecosystem

Know the food you bring home.

What if your family's food could come with more than convenience? What if you could know its source, stay connected to the farm behind it, and participate in the ecosystem that produces it?

PuroSatva is building that relationship. Starting with milk.

01 · The Problem

We know what we buy. But do we know where it comes from?

We consume food every day. Yet somewhere between the farm and our kitchen, the relationship often disappears.

The animal becomes a number.
The farm becomes a supply chain.
The farmer becomes invisible.
And food becomes a transaction.

We believe families deserve a closer relationship with the source.

02 · The Idea

From consumer to participant.

PuroSatva is creating a different way to experience food, a way where an urban family can remain connected to its source, without having to leave its urban life behind.

Your family can have cattle associated with it. We care for them at our farm. You remain connected to them.

Urban life shouldn't have to mean disconnecting from nature.

03 · The Model

Your cattle. Our care. A connection that stays yours.

Owning cattle has always meant more than owning an animal. It meant knowing its health, its surroundings, what it eats, who cares for it. But managing cattle isn't practical for every family today. So we built a bridge.

01

Your family associates with its cattle

Your family becomes connected to its own cattle within the PuroSatva ecosystem.

02

We manage them at our farm

Daily care, farm management and the practical responsibilities remain with us.

03

You stay connected

See the cattle. Understand the process. Experience the farm. It remains accessible to your family.

04

Your family receives farm-connected milk

The relationship doesn't end at the farm. It reaches your home.

You don't have to manage a farm to have a relationship with one.

04 · Trust

Because trust begins at the source.

A label can tell you something about a product. A relationship lets you understand much more. We don't want trust to be something we simply ask you to give us. We want to build a system where trust can be experienced.

05 · For Your Family

Food for the family. An experience for the child.

Children shouldn't know farming only through pictures. They should be able to stand on a farm. To meet cattle. To understand where milk comes from, and the relationship between soil, animals, farmers and food.

Because some lessons cannot be delivered to a screen.

Give them memories that begin at the source
Satva Circle

Not everyone needs to join. The right families do.

Satva Circle is the founding community of PuroSatva. We are beginning with twenty founding families. Not because scarcity makes something valuable, but because building something meaningful requires starting with people who genuinely believe in it.

06 · The Ecosystem

Milk is where we begin. Not where we stop.

A healthy food system cannot exist in isolation. Our long-term ecosystem is designed around a simple principle: take from nature responsibly, give back deliberately.

Cattle Milk Organic inputs Biogas Vermicompost Regenerative farming Farm produce Families

Where waste becomes an input. Where cattle contribute beyond milk. Where farming gives back to the soil, and where consumption can become participation.

We don't see nature as a resource to extract from indefinitely. We see it as a system to understand, protect and regenerate.

Because the future of food cannot be separated from the future of the soil.

07 · Our Story

It started with a question from home.

Dhiraj Patil, founder of PuroSatva

I grew up in Ingali, in a family where farming and cattle were part of everyday life. Cattle were never just livestock. They were part of the rhythm of the household.

But when our joint family separated, our relationship with cattle changed too. We stopped managing our own animals. And something surprisingly difficult followed: getting milk we could genuinely trust wasn't always simple. Sometimes it came through relatives. Sometimes another family. Sometimes a dairy. My mother would often remind me to bring milk from a single source, because she was concerned about mixed milk.

Years later, I began noticing something else. People from cities would visit farms and ask about cattle. Which cow should they buy? What does it take to maintain one? They had the resources. They had the interest. They wanted the connection. But not the time or practical ability to manage it.

That gap stayed with me. PuroSatva began from that gap.

08 · Our Philosophy

We believe food should nourish more than the body.

Every child deserves quality nutrition.

Farmers should be able to produce better food and build better livelihoods.

Nature and business don't have to stand on opposite sides.

Trust grows when the source and process become visible.

Agriculture deserves to become one of the most respected professions of the future.

Success should be measured not only by what a business earns, but by what it changes.
